  • When a key sales manager was constructively dismissed and the employer executed an Anton-Pillar Order, SVR successfully advocated for the employee that the restrictive covenant was unenforceable and the injunction orders be set aside.

  • When an ex-employee's contract ended and he alleged extra severance based on consecutive years service (despite having agreed to a part-time position and exact severance), SVR went to trial to successfully argue the validity of the contract and the capped entitlements owing.
