Shazaib has a diverse practice combining corporate & commercial work and litigation. In his corporate practice, he assists businesses with incorporations, amalgamations, shareholder and director resolutions, purchase agreements, contracts, security registrations, employment matters, and corporate tax. He also advises condominium corporations on governance matters, including bylaw reviews and resolutions.

His litigation practice includes insurance defence, condominium disputes, and commercial contract claims. Shazaib values the opportunity to advocate for clients while ensuring disputes are handled with efficiency and focus. He is committed to delivering practical solutions that protect his clients’ interests and support their success.

Shazaib is driven to continually expand his legal knowledge to better serve his clients’ complex corporate and litigation needs. Before completing his law degree, he worked as an auditor with PwC, where he honed his skills at information analysis and ability to ask insightful, solution-focused questions. He is currently pursuing CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax three-year program to further deepen his expertise in tax.

Outside of his professional life, Shazaib is passionate about travel and sports, particularly cricket and basketball, and often organizes regular cricket matches with friends and family. He is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
