Professional Background

Annah is a lawyer whose practice currently focuses on insurance defence and civil litigation. She brings a practical perspective to complex disputes while remaining approachable and responsive to her clients’ needs.

Annah works with insurers on a range of claims, including motor vehicle accident matters, property damage claims, and other insured losses. She regularly communicates with insurers, adjusters, opposing counsel, and clients to help keep files progressing efficiently and to ensure issues are addressed early. Annah focuses on understanding each client’s priorities before providing advice and aims to communicate clearly about risks, options, and next steps.

In addition to her insurance work, Annah assists businesses and individuals with a variety of commercial disputes, including property and condominium matters and contractual disputes. She supports clients at all stages of the process, including drafting and reviewing documents, as well as helping clients understand and prepare for each step as their matters move forward.

Outside the office, Annah is highly active and enjoys a wide range of sports. She grew up playing competitive hockey and still plays regularly. She also enjoys fishing, soccer, and pickleball. Annah spends much of her free time training and competing in dog sports with Sage, her energetic Rat Terrier/Border Collie mix pup!
