Jake also has an active commercial litigation practice, acting for clients in contract disputes and creditor claims. Jake was an active volunteer with the Halifax Mission throughout his undergraduate studies, and in law school, he volunteered with the school’s high school outreach program and student advocacy service. He grew up on the Atlantic and Pacific coasts and has settled in “the middle ground” of Calgary where he enjoys Brazilian jiu-jitsu, chess, and running.
