Professional Background

During her articling year, Breanna will be assisting lawyers with research, drafting, and court proceedings while gaining experience in insurance litigation and corporate law. Drawn to the dynamic nature of legal practice, Breanna enjoys tackling new challenges and the continual learning that comes with the profession. Breanna returns to SVR to complete her articles after spending two summers with the firm.

During law school at the University of Calgary, Breanna gained practical experience through Student Legal Assistance, where she represented low-income clients and regularly appeared in court. Her previous studies and experience working with individuals facing difficult circumstances helped shape her thoughtful, client-focused approach to legal practice.

Outside the office, Breanna enjoys camping, bird watching, arts and crafts, and spending time outdoors.
