On March 28th, Dionne Levesque will be presenting at the Canadian Condominium Institute Calgary luncheon on ‘Stage 2: Condo Legislation Update… are YOU ready?‘.
The presentation will focus on the changes that were made to the 2nd stage of the Condominium Legislation in Alberta. It will address how condo boards govern themselves including:
meeting notification and voting procedures
document disclosure and retention
board rules and bylaw enforcement
insurance claims, repairs and deductibles
reserve fund provider and report requirements
