SVR’s Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging Committee held another amazing potluck and auction. Together we raised nearly $5,000 for the Centre for Newcomers!
Since 1988, the Centre for Newcomers has been a key resource for immigrants and refugees of all backgrounds in Calgary, supporting integration and building stronger communities. We were honoured to welcome Dr. Nketti Johnston-Taylor, at our auction, CEO of CFN, who shared inspiring words about their mission and impact.
