Professional Background

Chloe’s practice is focused on corporate and commercial law. She assists businesses of all sizes with incorporations, shareholder and partnership agreements, purchase and sale transactions, minute book reviews, and a wide range of contracts. Chloe thrives on the details, tailoring agreements to meet each client’s specific needs and helping owners protect and grow their companies.

She also supports condominium corporations with governance matters, including drafting and reviewing bylaws, resolutions, and opinion letters. In addition, Chloe maintains a general civil litigation practice, often assisting corporate clients with debt and other business-related disputes.

Chloe takes a responsive and practical approach to her work. She values building lasting relationships with clients, learning about their businesses, and ensuring the legal process supports their goals rather than standing in the way.

Before joining SVR as an associate, Chloe clerked with the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, where she learned the ins and outs of court proceedings. During law school, she was an editor of the Alberta Law Review and she earned Academic All-Canadian honours during her undergraduate degree. She currently serves on the executive of the Canadian Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section, helping plan events and programs for lawyers early in their careers.
